Refund Policy

1. Subscription billing

• All paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed on a recurring monthly basis in US dollars.
• Payments are processed by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record. Stonvex never stores your card details.
• The first charge is taken at checkout. Subsequent charges renew automatically on the same calendar day each month until you cancel.
• Applicable sales tax / VAT is added at checkout where required by your country of residence.

2. Cancel anytime

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or by emailing stonvexceo@gmail.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until the period ends and will not be charged again.
• No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations of a period that has already started, except under the refund conditions below.

3. Refund conditions

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We review refund requests in the following situations:

• Duplicate or accidental charge: full refund of the duplicated amount.
• Service unavailable for an extended period: pro-rated refund for the affected days of the billing period.
• Request within 7 days of the first charge: eligible for a full refund if platform access has not been used in a material way (e.g. no AI reports generated, no premium-tier features actively used).
• Renewal charges: if you forgot to cancel and the subscription auto-renewed, contact us within 14 days of the charge — we typically issue a refund at our discretion provided paid features were not used during the renewed period.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card processors typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit back to your account.

4. Non-refundable items

• One-time add-ons or credits that have been consumed.
• Subscription months during which paid features were used extensively (e.g. many AI reports generated).
• Requests made more than 60 days after the original charge.

5. How to request a refund

Email stonvexceo@gmail.com with:

• the email address on your Stonvex account,
• the Gumroad order / receipt number or last four digits of the card used,
• a brief description of why you're requesting a refund.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve most refund requests within 5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. In most cases we can resolve the issue directly — this is faster than the chargeback process and avoids freezing your account while the dispute is investigated.
