Stonvex is a subscription-based market data and research platform — not a signal service, not a registered investment advisor, not a broker. Users pay for access to market-activity data, screeners, and AI-assisted research tooling. This page describes how billing, cancellation, and refunds work so there are no surprises.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We review refund requests in the following situations:
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card processors typically take 5–10 business days to post the credit back to your account.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. In most cases we can resolve the issue directly — this is faster than the chargeback process and avoids freezing your account while the dispute is investigated.
